Kurssi noudattaa <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/eijasoini.net\/ushauri\/wp-admin\/n%20(International%20Alliance%20of%20Solution%20Focused%20Teaching%20Institutes)%20standardeja.\" target=\"_blank\">IASTI:n (International Alliance of Solution Focused Teaching Institutes) standardeja.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valmennustilanteessa asiakas on keski\u00f6ss\u00e4. Haasteeseen voi l\u00f6yt\u00e4\u00e4 ratkaisun, joten haaste poistuu. Ongelma onkin ongelmallisempi! Toiveiden ja unelmien selkiytt\u00e4minen keskustellen auttaa n\u00e4kem\u00e4\u00e4n sellaista, mik\u00e4 voisi olla toteutuskelpoista, eik\u00e4 j\u00e4\u00e4d\u00e4 vain unelmaksi. Muutos on mahdollista. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yll\u00e4 oleva kaavio esitt\u00e4\u00e4 my\u00f6s, ett\u00e4 50% hyvinvoinnistamme ja onnellisuudestamme riippuu geeneist\u00e4. The programme follows the standards of <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.iasti.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">IASTI (International Alliance of Solution Focused Teaching Institutes)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a coaching situation, the customer is always at the center. Still, in addition to telling something about the solution-focused approach below, I\u2019ll also expose something about my own thinking so you can assess if I am the right person for your current life situation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Looking for your compass? The discussion or the coaching situation focuses on the present and on the future goals and aspirations. It makes visible your strengths and resources. It outlines a route in front of you to follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solution focused methods suit both individuals and groups. One of the best known methods for individuals, groups and teams is <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lti.fi\/innovaatiot\/reteaming\/\" target=\"_blank\">reteaming<\/a>. It is a great systematic and motivating tool for <strong>achieving your goals<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">About 40% of the <strong>quality of life and perceived happiness<\/strong> depends on our own attitudes, points of view and habits (about 50% depends on our genes and only 10% depends on the circumstances around us). This is a good starting point. There is an realisation in the centre of this: What you pay attention to, increases. But many of us &#8211; including myself &#8211; learn this very late in life. You decide many times a day which thoughts you grab and cultivate, what you decide to talk about and thus amplify, and share with others. Are these something positive or negative, constructive or breaking. Your choice has a huge impact to yourself and to those around you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Socrates\u2019s triple test for his student who wanted to tell him something works as a good filter: Is it <strong>true<\/strong>? Is it something <strong>good<\/strong>? Is it <strong>useful<\/strong> for me? Frankl)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Conversation with another person can clarify what is a <strong>challenge<\/strong> and what is a <strong>problem<\/strong> in your life. You can find a solution to the challenge and  the challenge disappears. A problem is more problematic! Sometimes the best thing you can do is to accept it and learn to live with it as best as you can. With the conversation, you can begin to see what \u2018as well as you can\u2019 could mean. By focussed conversation you start to see examples of this in your life: learn from it and do more what has worked well before. And get more insights all the time. By constructing wishes and dreams you start to see things that are possible to realise, not just dream about. Change is possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The chart above shows that 50% of our wellbeing and happiness depends on our genes. However, we can to some extent influence our genes by observing a healthy lifestyle and diet. And lifestyles and nutrition as such &#8211; not only through genes &#8211; have a rather direct connection with the mind and how we experience our lives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many suffer unknowingly from nutritional deficiencies and imbalances, and correcting these improves one&#8217;s mood. And luckily today&#8217;s technology enables precise tests that can be used to correct the situation. Many reasons to give this adequate attention! This is why I started to study nutritional therapy, in order to understand what kind of nutrition supports health and even heals when something has already gone wrong. And attitudes alone are so powerful &#8211; you can support your health or you can break it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christianity is familiar to me since childhood but rethought through and filtered at a later stages in life.  So I also have the willingness to reflect on spirituality in human life, if you wish. It is useful to consider the values and significance (purpose) of life in any case. At its best, reflection can go beyond \u2018self-realization\u2019 (self-actualization) to finding meaning in life outside of oneself (self-transcendence). According to logotheory, the purpose of life can be understood both as an ultimate purpose, but also as the purposes of the moments encountered in everyday life, from which purposeful life develops. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I would be happy to offer my services in counseling and coaching online by Zoom.
