Olen hankkinut joogatyylini ja opetustyylini Mysoressa Intiassa Yoga Alliance Professionalsin ja <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yogaalliance.org\/SchoolPublicProfile?sid=2048\" target=\"_blank\">Yoga Alliancen kreditoimassa<\/a> joogakoulussa jossa opiskelin kahteen otteeseen, vuonna 2014 ja 2018. Minulla oli kunnia saada olla <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/yogawithsrinatha.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Balasundara Srinathan<\/a> oppilaana j\u00e4lkimm\u00e4isell\u00e4 jaksollani. Sill\u00e4 oli merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4 vaikutus siihen joogaan, jota nyt harjoitan. Toivon, ett\u00e4 ainakin jotakin siit\u00e4 helppoudesta, valoisuudesta ja avoimesta jooganharjoittamisen asenteesta olisi tarttunut minuunkin. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Hathajooga on monimuotoinen kehon ja mielen harjoitusmenetelm\u00e4. Se pit\u00e4\u00e4 nivelet notkeina, lihakset vahvoina, tasapainokyvyn hyv\u00e4n\u00e4, rauhoittaa ja virkist\u00e4\u00e4 mielt\u00e4, ja kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 l\u00e4sn\u00e4olon taitoa ja keskittymist\u00e4. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Asennot seuraavat toisiaan rauhallisina ja hallittuina sarjoina.
